Breathwork for Post traumatic stress disorder

Conscious connected breathing is a breathing technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without any pause, this causes shifts in our physiology and allows us to explore altered states of consciousness, it allows deep awareness of self and our connection with self, others and nature to develop, facilitating profound personal freedom.

Exciting new projects

We are proud to be able to offer our sessions to charities who deal with ex military personnel struggling with stress disorders such as PTSD, we are working towards offering help to as many people as we can on a non-profit basis, we are planning to run fundraisers and Gong baths throughout the community in the Salisbury area in the coming months to help fund ongoing support to those in need.

"It's astonishing to me that the thing each and every one of us do constantly throughout our entire lifetime is sadly one of the things we use so little and take for granted. Many of us are not utilising our breaths full potential in regards to our health and wellbeing, often we do not even notice we are breathing! When I discovered that I could cleanse myself by activating certain breathing patterns my life instantly changed, I became conscious of my ability to heal myself by accessing my inner world which in turn began to show in my outer world"
